For this project our clients underwent a significant renovation of their established home with a design vision of modernising their kitchen design and updating it for their family needs. In the design process for this kitchen we worked with our clients to create a more contemporary kitchen layout that reconfigured the old kitchen peninsula into a contemporary kitchen island design.
An island was high on the priority list as part of the design brief for this renovation project. As was more kitchen storage and a walk in pantry. We also opted for a concealed kitchen design that includes an integrated fridge and dishwasher that created the desired work zone for this kitchen without having these items on display as part of the overall kitchen design.
This contemporary and sleek kitchen is a showstopper with it’s moody colour scheme, luxury tall cabinetry design and premium inclusions. The island is the hero with it’s bespoke curved design that features Polytec STECCAWOOD on the island base that offers a textural and statement finish. The curved cabinetry and benchtop on the island are an excellent example of how curves soften edges and create an organic flow of elements in your kitchen design.
This kitchen is packed with premium inclusions that bring to life all the wish list items for our clients dream design. Tall cabinetry, integrated cabinetry and curved design elements bring the luxury sleek aesthetic. Under the surface we have loads of storage, an integrated Hafele waste bin and the Hafele No.15 2 Tier Pull Out System.
The cooktop in this kitchen is a Pitt Cooktop where all the burners are integrated directly into the stone benchtop. Pitt Cooktops are a spectacular way to showcase your hotplate area in your kitchen design and offer the ultimate cooking customisation by allowing you to choose the number of burners you would like as well as how you would like them spaced in your kitchen.
